McCauley Marketing Services Helps National Women’s Cancer Non-Profit Celebrate a Decade of Giving
September 11th marked the 9th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City. While Americans still remember the pain and vulnerability exposed that day, over 100 Atlantans refocused their attention this September 11th to promoting hope and life for women’s cancer patients throughout the nation. The Sport of Giving (TSOG), an Atlanta-founded 501(c)(3) women’s cancer non-profit, celebrated raising over 1.2 million dollars for cancer treatment and prevention over their 10 year history with this year’s Pink Party on the Lawn at Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth.
The event consisted of family-friendly live entertainment, a bake-off, a petting zoo, and a silent auction full of local business donations. Despite a rainy Atlanta evening, the event was a marked success for the organization: signaling the communities continued support for TSOG’s mission of providing grass roots motivated cancer care and awareness for communities nationwide.
